How can I view/edit my contact information within Online or Mobile Banking?
To view or edit contact information, simply click "Settings" > "Address Management" while in Peoples Bank Online Banking or using the Peoples Bank Mobile App.
How much transaction history is available in Online Banking?
- Online Banking will show all transaction history from 2022 (and will continue to build without limit).
- Mobile Banking will show all transaction history from 2022 (and will continue to build without limit).
How can I set alerts?
You can create new alerts under "Settings" > "Alerts."
What internet browsers can I use for Online Banking?
Online Banking Web Browser Requirements
Google Chrome (current and previous two versions) is our recommended Browser for Windows and Mac OS X devices.
Mozilla Firefox (current and previous two versions) is supported on Windows and Mac OS X devices.
Microsoft Edge (current and previous two versions) is supported only by Windows devices.
Safari (current and previous two versions) is supported only by Mac OS X devices.
Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported on Windows or Mac OS X devices.
Can I use a VPN when using Online Banking?
In order to protect clients and enhance security, some Online Banking services are blocked when using a VPN. If you have issues accessing certain services, please try turning off your VPN, clearing your cache and cookies, and try again.
Where can I find the Peoples Bank Mobile App?

How do I access more Bill Pay history?
Find more Bill Pay history by clicking "Pay A Bill" on the Online Banking homepage, then the gray "Options" button in the middle of page, then "Visit Bill Pay Site."
How can I complete external transfers?
You are able to complete transfers to/from your accounts to/from external sources under the Transfer Money menu.
Is Zelle® available?
Zelle® is available in both the Peoples Online Banking and Peoples Bank Mobile app.
What accounts am I able to use with Zelle®?
Peoples Bank customers over the age of 18 can link Zelle® with the following accounts: Personal Checking, Interest Plus Checking, Premier Checking, and Student Checking.
