New at select Peoples Bank branches – chat with a Peoples Bank employee, who is a part of our live teller team, at drive thru locations using a vidTELLER/ATM machine. Now, you can complete routine teller transactions during extended evening and weekend hours.

vidTELLER Hours

Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

What is a vidTELLER?

A vidTELLER operates like an ATM but gives you access to talk with a live teller through video chat. Now, you can complete routine teller transactions during extended evening and weekend hours.

If you do not wish to speak with a live person during vidTELLER operating hours, each vidTELLER has the option to use the machine like a standard ATM. Simply insert your debit card to begin ATM use.

What can I do at a vidTELLER?

You can complete many transactions like cashing/depositing checks, making a loan payment and completing transfers.

How do I use a vidTELLER?

To begin using a vidTELLER, touch the screen and select “Tap Here for vidTELLER.” You will be connected to one of our bankers via a video call, who will assist you in completing your transaction.

If you wish to use the vidTELLER machine as an ATM, just insert your debit card to begin use.
