It’s Easy to Go Paperless with eStatements!
Enroll in eStatements to have your account statement delivered directly to your online banking profile. To access eStatements and a variety of other features, you must be enrolled in online banking or download the Peoples Bank® mobile app. An active email address must also be on file to complete eStatement enrollment.
* Beginning Sept. 1, 2025, select deposit accounts will incur a $4 paper statement fee if not enrolled in eStatements. For questions, call our Customer Care team at 800.374.6123.

Step 1
Log into your Peoples Bank online account or the Peoples Bank app.
Step 2
Select “Go Paperless”
from the Menu.
Step 3
Verify you are able to view PDFs by following a two-step verification.
Step 4
Select “Electronic Statements” as your delivery preference.

What do I need to enroll in eStatements?
To enroll in eStatements, you must:
• Be enrolled in online banking or use the Peoples Bank mobile app.
• Have an active email address on file with us. To add an email address or update what is currently listed, please visit your local branch or call our Customer Care team at 800.374.6123.
• Accept the terms and conditions for electronic delivery by visiting Go Paperless within online banking or the mobile app.
I thought everything was paperless. Why am I still receiving printed notices?
Selecting “Electronic Statements” as your delivery preference is the first step in you and Peoples Bank going totally paperless. When enrolling, you can opt-in to electronic delivery of select deposit account statements, loan statements and loan notices.
Some notices and statements are not eligible for enrollment in the electronic delivery service and will be received via postal mail. Peoples Bank will notify you when new statements and notices are available for electronic delivery to your online banking profile.
Are all of my accounts eligible for eStatements?
Select Peoples Bank deposit accounts, loan statements and loan notices are eligible for eStatements.
What do I do if I receive an error while trying to switch to eStatements, or while trying to access them?

How far back can I see my statement history?
You can retrieve several years of statements, no matter when you enroll.
