Meet Missy Bayly, Peoples Bank’s new Branch Manager of the Wheeling Avenue office in Cambridge, Ohio.

Missy started in retail banking management in 2016 after working in retail management for over 15 years. She is a recent graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene University, where she obtained her Bachelors in Christian Ministry.

Missy grew up in Cambridge and is excited to return. “Cambridge is such an amazing community,” she said, “I am blessed and thankful for the opportunity to finally come home!”

“Working for Peoples Bank allows me to have direct involvement with my local community,” she said, “I am committed to understanding the needs of my community and ensuring our team delivers a level of service our community can be proud of.”

Missy says her team members and clients are her motivators. “I strive to be a leader who looks for ways to make my team’s day even more successful,” she said. “I am here for them, and it is my goal to keep obstacles out of their way.”

“We are nothing without our amazing clients,” Missy said. “I look for ways to make their banking simple and fun, whether we are educating about fraud, online banking tools, or lending plans. Banking does not have to be scary, and I want my clients to think of me first when they have questions.”

In her spare time, Missy serves as Church Life Pastor at her local church, Cambridge Church of the Nazarene. She recently received her local master’s license! She also serves on a local advisory board.

Stop in the Cambridge – Wheeling Ave branch at 845 Wheeling Avenue to join us in congratulating Missy on her new role! She can be reached at [email protected] or 740.439.2767.
