Meet Paul Santiago, Trust and Wealth Management Advisor, serving communities in the Southwest Ohio region. With his 23 years of experience in financial services, Paul brings extensive expertise in Private Banking and Wealth Management.
Throughout his career, Paul has worked with various backgrounds of clients, including high-net-worth clients, business owners, professionals and families to help them build, manage, and transition wealth.
Specializing in holistic wealth planning, asset management, retirement planning, and estate and legacy planning coordination, Paul strives to align his clients’ financial lives with their personal goals.
For Paul, helping clients move from uncertainty to confidence is the core of his approach, and is something he is deeply passionate about.
“What I enjoy most is helping clients work through life changes that can feel new, exciting, and sometimes overwhelming,” Paul said. “When someone comes into a first meeting nervous or uncertain and leaves feeling more confident, organized and clear about their future, that is incredibly rewarding to me.”
As a Trust & Wealth Management Advisor, Paul strives to make each client feel valued and understood, especially when navigating important financial decisions. Ensuring that not only are his clients’ financial goals met, but they are met in a way that aligns with their current and future goals.
“I am committed to making clients feel heard, understood and confident in the decisions they are making,” he said. “My goal is to provide clear communication and a planning process that feels personal—not transactional—and to help clients simplify complex financial decisions.”
Outside of work, Paul serves as Head Coach of a youth wrestling program with more than 130 wrestlers each season, as well as an Assistant Coach for the local Junior High team. Through coaching, he is committed to helping young athletes build discipline, confidence, toughness, and sportsmanship.
He is also an active volunteer in his community and church. He is driven by the desire to create a meaningful, positive impact on the lives of those he serves.
