John Shoulders has worked at Peoples Bank since December 2023.
He began his career at the Munfordville, Kentucky, branch as a Universal Banker II
and was promoted to Personal Banker in 2024. John currently serves as
Assistant Branch Manager, supporting both the Munfordville and Horse
Cave locations in Kentucky.

A lifelong resident of Hart County, John has deep roots in the community
and a strong commitment to serving local customers. He graduated from
Hart County High School, where he finished fourth in his class, and went on
to attend Asbury University. John earned a bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration and was a member of the men’s basketball team all four
years, serving as a starter for two seasons.

John remains actively involved in the community. He serves as an Assistant
Basketball Coach at Hart County High School, is a Munfordville City Council
Member, and is a member of the Horse Cave Rotary Club.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his wife and their three
children. He also enjoys coaching, playing basketball, and staying involved in
community activities.
