Luke Bailey, Commercial Producer
Luke is located in Huntington, West Virginia, and his role is to assist clients in finding the best insurance policy for their needs. Luke graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Business Administration degree. He is licensed in Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance in Kentucky, Ohio and West Virginia. Luke is pursuing his CPCU designation.
He stays involved with the community through Russell Baptist Church and the Ashland area YMCA. Luke also enjoys going to local sporting events with friends and family.
Patrick Ball, Employee Benefits Specialist
Patrick's role is to provide insurance solutions and strategic planning to help businesses attract and retain quality employees. Most of all, he brings peace of mind by providing solutions to control costs. Patrick has over 20 years of experience in the industry and graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. He is licensed in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky.
Patrick is located at our Jackson, Ohio, branch, where he is active in his community, serving as a member on various boards. He also resides there with his wife and daughters.
Dustin Brown, VP, Commercial Insurance Agent
Dustin has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry. His role is to help clients choose the right coverage for their commercial needs, providing guidance and excellent customer service. He is located at our Vienna Grand Central branch in West Virginia.
Dustin graduated from Fairmont State University, majoring in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources. Before attending college, he served in the Marine Corps as a Combat Engineer. Dustin stays involved with the community through the Chamber of Commerce and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
Angie Bryant, VP, Employee Benefits Specialist
Angie Bryant has over 22 years of experience in the employee benefits industry, and her role is to help clients develop a long-term strategy for managing their employee benefits program. Angie does this by custom tailoring benefits programs and providing solutions on innovative RX + Medical programs designed for the specific needs of her clients and prospects. You can find Angie at our Jackson, Ohio, branch.
Angie and her husband, Chris, also make their home in Jackson, Ohio. They have two sons, one daughter and six grandchildren.
Gail Carter, VP, Commercial Producer
Gail is located in Russell, Kentucky, and began her career in the insurance industry in 1986. She started the Peoples Insurance division in the Kentucky region in October 2000. At that time, she was focused on personal and small commercial accounts and has since moved to handling commercial accounts. She loves her work, helping clients gain a better understanding of their insurance needs and giving them peace of mind.
Barry Clark, VP, Commercial Insurance Producer
Barry specializes in coverage analysis and a whole risk management approach to help clients find comprehensive solutions for their business insurance needs. He has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and joined our team in 2019, with his office located in Pikeville, Kentucky.
Barry studied Criminal Justice and is a graduate of the Advocacy Training Program. Barry is also the pastor of Betsy Layne Freewill Baptist Church and is active in numerous events in the community. He also enjoys competitive bass fishing and spending time with his family and his three dogs.
Marci Davis, AVP, Personal Insurance Producer
Marci can be found in many branches; however, Vienna Grand Central is her home office. Marci became an insurance agent because she wanted to help people navigate complex coverages and provide them peace of mind.
Marci graduated from WVU Parkersburg with a bachelor's in Business Administration. She participates on the Safeco Mid-Atlantic Advisory Board and is licensed in West Virginia and Ohio. She currently resides in St. Marys, West Virginia, with her husband and son and enjoys spending time at the beach, reading and camping.
Kristen Dhacroi, Personal Insurance Producer
Kristen is located at the Milford, Ohio, branch and focuses on providing a full suite of products to protect everything from your home and cars to boats, ATVs, rental properties and more. She is passionate about protecting your most important assets without breaking the bank.
Kristen graduated from Marietta College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and from the University of Cincinnati with a Master’s in Business Administration. Kristen is an active member of the Clermont County Chamber and Milford Miami Township Chamber. She resides in Cincinnati, Ohio, with her husband and two dogs, Brick and Maizey.
Joanna Gwinn-Estill, AVP, Commercial Lines Producer
Joanna enjoys helping businesses of any size customize their coverages to protect their resources. She feels that understanding the "how" and "why" is just as important as price and educates her clients on all features of coverage lines.
Joanna is an alumna of Transylvania University with a dual bachelor's degree in Finance and Management. She has been in the insurance industry since 1996 and maintains several insurance-specific designations. She resides in Lexington, Kentucky, and works out of the Lexington Foundations branch. Joanna stays busy with her daughter, engaging in community events and exploring new restaurants and vintage markets.
Bella Hopper, Personal Insurance Producer
Bella joined our team with her Property and Casualty license in 2022. Her role provides solutions for all her customers’ personal insurance needs. She feels it is very important to build strong relationships with her customers to help them find the best option for their insurance.
Bella wants to support her local communities and bring a high level of service to her area. She can be found at your local Peoples Bank branch in Ironton, Ohio. Bella resides in Ironton with her husband and their two dogs.
Kathy Lanese, VP, Commercial Insurance Producer
As an independent agent for over 30 years, Kathy understands the insurance marketplace. Accessing over 35 insurance carriers and specialty programs enables her to build the most comprehensive and competitive solutions. She strives to help clients understand coverage options using claim examples so they can make well-informed decisions.
Kathy is an alumna of the University of Akron with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing and maintains a Certified Insurance Counselor designation. Kathy and her husband reside in Northeastern Ohio and have two children. She makes her home office in Beachwood, Ohio.
Casey Lequire, SVP Sales Manager
Casey is responsible for leading sales and retention efforts for commercial lines insurance and is located at the Prestonsburg, Kentucky, branch. He has served the industry for 13 years, working in multiple areas, including commercial lines, personal lines, life, health, operations and sales management. Casey has a bachelor's in Business Management from Western Governors University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Pikeville.
He also serves his community by coaching high school football and volunteering as a speaker/trainer on various topics. In his spare time, Casey enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. He currently resides in Banner, Kentucky, with his wife and two daughters.
David Lucas, VP, Commercial Insurance Agent
David’s role is to provide insurance solutions and advice by assisting businesses to prepare and protect their organizational assets. David has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry, working in production and leadership roles at Peoples Insurance since 2002.
David graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Insurance and Risk Management. He works and resides in Ashland, Kentucky, and spends most of his time with family and enjoying his kids' sporting events. He is an avid golfer and lifelong sports enthusiast.
Jack Massey, SVP, Commercial Producer
Jack focuses on Contractors (bonding and insurance), Coal, Trucking, Manufacturing, Wholesalers, Auto Dealers and Large Property Owners. He guides clients, helping them secure the best coverage for their needs, and makes his home at our Beckley Insurance office.
Jack is a graduate of West Virginia University of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Economics. He was a Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, is a father of five children and has four grandchildren.
Caleb Miller, Commercial Lines Junior Producer
Caleb serves the Cleveland, Akron and surrounding areas from the Beachwood Insurance office. His focus is to help clients protect their assets while providing excellent customer service. Caleb is an alumnus of Tiffin University, where he earned his bachelor's in Business Administration with a minor in Leadership.
Caleb currently resides in Northfield, Ohio, with his fiancé and son. He is also a part of the American Red Cross Young Professional Council of Northeast Ohio, a dedicated group of mission-minded young professionals who support the Red Cross through volunteerism, outreach and special events.
David Mitchem, SVP, Commercial Sales Executive
David graduated from Marietta College in 1992 with a bachelor’s in Business Communication and has worked in the commercial insurance industry since 1994. He is a trusted advisor to his commercial clients, developing risk management programs while ensuring the highest level of service and claims representation on behalf of his clients.
David handles client relationships primarily in Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky and Pennsylvania and is located at our Marietta, Ohio, Putnam Street office. He is recognized by the National Alliance for Insurance Education. He has also served on the President’s Advisory Council for a Regional Insurance Company.
Michael Reger, VP, Commercial Sales Executive
Mike has 33 years of experience in the industry and makes his home at our Marietta, Ohio, Putnam Street office. He is a recognized expert in industrial accounts and works to structure banking and insurance solutions for his clients. He has expert insurance knowledge in the Lumber, Oil and Gas, Coal, Manufacturing and Transportation industries.
Mike began his career as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with USF&G in Charleston, West Virginia, and Chicago, Illinois. He became a top sales executive, earning national and regional sales awards with McDonough Caperton, Acordia, Wells Fargo and USI before coming to Peoples Insurance Agency.
Kim Roberts, Personal Insurance Producer
Kim owned and operated an independent insurance agency which merged with Peoples Insurance in August 2019. As a third-generation independent agent and owner with over 35 years of experience, Kim has built many long-lasting relationships with her clients.
She takes pride in her commitment to providing clients with the best customer experience. Kim currently works out of the McConnelsville, Ohio, branch. She resides in Southeastern Ohio and has a daughter and a grandson.
Jeff Starcher, VP, Employee Benefits Advisor
Jeff’s role is to help clients identify their insurance needs and educate them on the health industry. He is experienced in large and small-group employee benefits and has a working knowledge of fully-insured and self-funded benefit plans. Jeff also helps with Individual and Key Man Life insurance products.
Jeff is a graduate of Marshall University with over 18 years of experience in the industry. He is located at the Marietta, Ohio, Putnam Street office. Jeff, his wife and two children live in Belpre, Ohio, where he is a member of North Parkersburg Baptist Church.
