General Questions

What changes can I expect during the conversion process to the new digital experience?

You may continue using Peoples Business Online Banking until 5:00pm ET on Friday, August 19th, 2022. From 5:00pm ET on Friday, August 19, 2022 - 8:00am ET on Monday, August 22, 2022, Online Banking will temporarily be unavailable. You can begin using the new Peoples Online Banking experience after 8:00am ET on Monday, August 22, 2022. You will still access Online Banking from the blue Sign In button on the website home page.

Will my Business Online Banking login information remain the same?

Your Company ID is no longer required for login. You will use your current Online Banking Login ID and Password for the first login. Upon login you will be asked to change your Password. Please be sure we have your current mobile phone number and email address on file so you are able to complete the verification process on or after Monday, August 22, 2022.  Have your Security Manager double check the contact info for all authorized users, and contact your Peoples Bank business banker with any questions.

How much transaction history will be available?

On August 22, 2022

  • Online Banking will show up to 13 months (and will continue to build without limit). Today, you are currently able to see up to 540 days (approx. 18 months) of transaction history.
  • Mobile Banking will show up to 13 months (and will continue to build without limit). Today, you are currently able to see up to 60 days (approx. 2 months) of transaction history.

Will my alerts change?

Yes. Established alerts will not convert. On Monday, August 22, 2022 you will need to create new alerts under Settings > Alerts.

What internet browsers can I use for the new digital experience?

Online Banking Web Browser Requirements

Google Chrome (current and previous two versions) is our recommended Browser for both Windows and Mac OS X devices.

Mozilla Firefox (current and previous two versions) is supported on both Windows and Mac OS X devices.

Microsoft Edge (current and previous two versions) is supported only by Windows devices.

Safari (current and previous two versions) is supported only by Mac OS X devices.

Microsoft Internet Explorer is not supported on either Windows or Mac OS X devices.

Business Mobile Banking

Will Business Mobile Banking still be available?

Yes. We will still offer Business Mobile Banking with all the same features in the new digital experience. However, you will need to download a new app in either the Apple Store or Google Play store to make a successful transition. (For more information, visit our Apple or Android moble app pages.)

What changes can I expect during the conversion process to the new Mobile Banking experience?

If you are currently using mobile services through Peoples Business Mobile, you may continue using this service through 5:00 p.m. on August 19th, 2022. After this date, customers will no longer be able to access Peoples Business Mobile and will need to download the new mobile app.

Bill Pay and Transfers

Will my bill payment schedule change?

Bill payments will continue to be sent using the due date model where payments are sent as close as possible as the due date defined by the customer.

Will my bill payees and eBills from Bill Pay convert?

Yes. You will not need to re-establish your payees or eBills in our new Online Banking system.

Will I still be able to complete external transfers?

Yes. You will still be able to complete transfers to/from your accounts to/from external sources. This can be done under the Transfer Money menu.

Will I need to change recurring payments or transfers scheduled through Online Banking?

Yes. Recurring payments and scheduled transfers will not convert to the new Online Banking system (This does not include Bill Payments.) Please re-establish any recurring payments and scheduled transfers on or after Monday, August 22, 2022.

Will my Wire Transfer and ACH templates convert?

Yes. All Wire Transfer and ACH templates will convert to the new Online Banking system

eStatements

What will happen to my Online eStatements?

eStatements will still be visible in the new Online Banking experience and you will continue to receive future eStatements without any additional action required.

Treasury Management Services

Will Positive Pay stay the same?

Yes. As long as your existing Issuance/Issued Check File is Excel, delimited, or a fixed file your Positive Pay Import File layouts will convert. Please contact your Business Banker prior to August 19, 2022 if you need assistance confirming your existing file layout.

Will Remote Deposit Capture change?

Remote Deposit Capture services will not change.

Will my Lockbox Service change?

Lockbox services will not change.
