Public Information Available for Inspection
In compliance with CRA requirements, the following information must be maintained in the public file, current as of April 1 of each year, and may be updated periodically.
CRA Performance Evaluation
A copy of the bank’s most recent CRA Performance Evaluation (the full evaluation is contained in the three documents below).
All written comments received from the public for the current year and each of the prior two calendar years relating specifically to the banks performance in helping to meet community credit needs and response to the comments by the bank.
A list of services (loan and deposit products and transaction fees) generally offered at the bank’s branches and descriptions of material differences in the availability or cost of services at particular branches, if any.
Effective January 1, 2018, the Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) data about our residential mortgage lending are available online for review. The data shows geographic distribution of loans and applications; ethnicity, race, sex, age, and income of applicants and borrowers; and information about loan approvals and denials.
This data is available online at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s website here beginning with calendar years 2017 forward. HMDA data for many other financial institutions are also available at this website.
