Jeans for Hunger
A Million Reasons to Give Back
$1,000,000+ Raised. Countless Lives Impacted.
Since 2020, Peoples Bank associates have come together through the Jeans for Hunger program to support local food banks and pantries throughout the communities we serve.
What started as a simple way for associates to make a difference has grown into a powerful movement. Together, Peoples Bank associates have raised more than $1 million to fight food insecurity. Every donation reflects our belief that strong communities are built when people come together to help one another.

Helping Neighbors Starts Here
Hear from Tyler Wilcox, Peoples Bank President and CEO, about why Jeans for Hunger matters and how our associates are making a difference in our communities.
What is Jeans for Hunger?
Jeans for Hunger is an associate-driven program that lets participating Peoples Bank associates contribute a portion of their paycheck in exchange for wearing jeans on designated days. More importantly, the program gives associates a meaningful way to support neighbors across Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, D.C.
Why Does it Matter?
Food insecurity affects individuals and families in every community. Unexpected expenses, job loss, rising costs, and difficult circumstances can make it challenging to put food on the table. Through Jeans for Hunger, we help local organizations provide nutritious meals to those in need, help seniors access essential resources, and respond to community needs.
Making an Impact Beyond Banking
Being a community bank means providing more than financial services; it means investing in the well-being of the communities we serve. Here are just a few of the organizations we supported this year alone through the Jeans for Hunger Program.
