Meet Ben Forquer, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking at Peoples Bank, serving middle market companies in Central Ohio! With more than 20 years of experience in accounting, transaction advisory services, and commercial lending, Ben brings extensive financial expertise to the businesses he serves.

A graduate of Ohio University, Ben has built a diverse career helping companies navigate complex financial decisions.

Throughout his professional journey, he has worked closely with manufacturing and distribution businesses, advised clients on acquisitions and sales, and supported organizations as they pursue growth opportunities. He earned his CPA designation in 2006 and has dedicated his career to helping businesses achieve their financial objectives.

For Ben, the most rewarding part of his role is partnering with a wide variety of clients and helping them reach their goals. “What I enjoy most is that no two days are the same,” Ben said. “No two clients are the same, but I work to help each client achieve their financial goals.”

Ben strives to build strong client relationships and deliver solutions tailored to each business’s unique needs.

“I am committed to listening to our clients and working with them to provide the offerings that they need to grow their businesses,” he said.

Outside of work, Ben serves on the Board of The First Tee of Central Ohio and was a member of the 2020 Leadership Columbus class. He also enjoys coaching youth sports, golfing, and spending time with his wife, Zarah, their two children, and their two mini Goldendoodles, Jake and Cindy.
