Peoples Bank is pleased to introduce Peoples Life Premium Finance, a nationwide division providing lending solutions to high-net-worth individuals and businesses utilizing life insurance. This service allows clients to preserve liquidity while leveraging financing to fund life insurance as part of advanced estate, succession and legacy planning strategies.
Leading this group is Division President, John W. Dixon. Dixon is a licensed life insurance producer and attorney, bringing over 25 years of experience in premium finance, banking and legal leadership. He has built and led life premium finance platforms at multiple institutions, including Axos Bank and Pacific Western Bank, overseeing credit, legal structuring and complex financing solutions for clients.
Also joining Peoples Life Premium Finance are Relationship Manager Ross Hightower and Operations Manager Angela Henderson.
Hightower has experience in commercial lending, credit analysis and client relationship management. He held roles at Axos Bank and Pacific Western Bank, where he performed credit analysis and supported business growth. At Peoples, Hightower will build and manage relationships with clients and their advisors.
Henderson has over 20 years of legal experience and held senior operational and credit support roles at Axos Bank and Pacific Western Bank, where she supported lending structures, managed documentation and compliance processes. As operations manager, she will ensure the efficient servicing of each loan.
