Meet our new Executive Vice President – Community Banking, Hugh Donlon!

Hugh brings over 30 years of banking experience at various financial institutions, including Citibank and KeyBank. He has more recently spent his career working in community banks. He has a broad background in commercial banking, credit, retail banking, wealth management, and business banking.

“I’m thrilled to be joining such a high-performing team,” Hugh said, “Peoples Bank has an excellent track record of financial performance and growth. I’m looking forward to visiting the footprint, meeting the team and working together to build the best community bank in America.”

Hugh completed his undergraduate degree at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., and received his MBA at Fordham University’s Graduate School of Business in New York.

Hugh and his wife, Alyson, raised their three children in New Jersey and most recently lived in Manhattan, New York. They enjoy spending time with family, playing golf, live music and travel. They enjoy volunteer work that is focused on helping children and their families.
