Lynell has been in the Insurance Industry in some form for over 37 years and can't imagine a day without it.  She loves every aspect - from the Agency, General Agent, Carrier and Premium Finance sides of this great business.  Lynell desires to create the right answer for every partner or client to save them time, money, and provide real value.  

It's not a secret to anyone that knows Lynell that she loves to be on the road making calls and visiting friends/agents. She also enjoys spending time with family, friends, and attending the occasional Cattle Show with her kids and grandchildren.

Chad Creamer, VP, Sales Executive

Chad began his premium finance career in 1997 and brings extensive, independent insurance agency relationship knowledge and experience to Peoples Premium Finance. Being a son of independent agency owners and spending 4 years of his career as an independent agent affords Chad a keen ability to relate to the agency dynamic and understanding agencies' needs when it comes to premium finance. Building relationships with his business partners is a strength. He takes pride in getting to know his agency partners, working to bring value and offer additional assets to their organizations.  

As a former college basketball athlete, sports have always been a passion for Chad. Most of the time now, you’ll find him spending time with his wife of 26 years and college freshman daughter. If not there, he's possibly on the golf course, traveling with his family and always rooting for the Kansas City Chiefs.

Paul DeVenzio, VP, Sales Executive

Paul has been fortunate to develop a strong network within the financial services industry over the last 35 years, which has enabled him to excel in the area of premium financing. This passion has aided national retail insurance agencies and wholesalers to determine appropriate lending programs that complement their business model and strategies.

Dave Feller, VP, Sales Executive

After an invited stay in the United States Army, Dave went to work in the premium financing industry and opened a new office for AFCO. Dave went into business with a gentleman named Tom Charbonneau and helped found what is today Imperial Premium Financing Specialists (IPFS), before making his way to Peoples Premium Finance.

Dave is a member of the VFW, NRA, National Street Rod Association, American Legion, Knights of Columbus and several other organizations. After more than 40 years in the premium financing industry, Dave still enjoys helping folks with their financing needs.

Ken Hastings, AVP, Client Account Executive

Ken resides in Spokane, Washington, and has been in the premium financing industry for more than 19 years. This experience allows him to build and maintain strong relationships in the industry. Prior to bringing his expertise to the commercial premium financing sector, Ken spent 6 years in the banking industry and has always enjoyed helping businesses succeed. 

In his free time, Ken enjoys participating in his weekly bowling league, playing softball, and hanging out with family, including his nieces and nephews. You can often find him cheering on the St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Bears.

Michele Hillbrant, VP, Client Account Executive

Michele has been in the insurance industry for over 36 years, and began her career shortly after graduating from high school. Given her wealth of experience, Michele has had the opportunity to meet some incredible agents and customers, many of whom are like family now.

In her spare time, Michele enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. She often takes road trips with her family and delights in traveling to new places.

For 40 years, Renee has been able to improve cash flow for both clients and agents in their businesses to facilitate Premium Financing options for their annual Insurance Premiums. Renee understands the variety of needs that her clients have, and has what it takes to provide mutually beneficial solutions for all parties involved.

When not at work, Renee enjoys anything outdoors including hiking, gardening, hiking trails, skeet shooting, fishing in her pond, quilting, and traveling. Renee also loves visiting with family and friends any opportunity she gets.

For more than 30 years, Paul has worked with agents and brokers, and has built many mutually beneficial business relationships with agency principles and their employees.  These relationships are formed through trust, respect, and by doing what you say you will do.  

Outside of work, Paul enjoys vacationing with his wife and visiting friends/family in different regions of the US.  Paul also enjoys watching baseball (Go Yankees)! In additional spare time, Paul enjoys playing classical and acoustic guitar with friends and is a member of a contemporary worship team at his church.  Paul also volunteers as Treasurer and Board Member for Tidewater Classical Guitar, which promotes guitar education for students in low to middle income areas of Virginia.

Lisa comes to Peoples Premium Finance with 14 years of premium finance knowledge and enjoys providing each agent or insured partner with an experience tailored to their specific needs. She has a passion for building meaningful relationships with people as she listens to their specific needs and offers assistance that has proven profitable to the agency's growth.

Joe has been in the insurance industry since 2006 and has spent most of that time within the commercial Property and Casualty field. Andy resides in Kansas City and joins Peoples Premium Finance with over 30 years of insurance experience. Andy operated his own insurance agency for 20 years before he chose to move over and work in the MGA space where he managed an office specializing in Trucking and Commercial P&C. He enjoys the opportunity of getting to know and applying his own experience to assist the needs of independent insurance agents in the Midwest.

John Binaggio, Senior Vice President, Manager of Peoples Premium Finance
