This message appears when there is a registration problem and/or the system does not recognize the registration ID. | Verify the Login information you are entering, if you are typing an incorrect ID the online banking system will not recognize you as a valid user. If you have just enrolled for Online Banking, please wait till the following business day to access online banking. |
1008 |
This message appears when your account has been revoked or "locked out". | Please contact Customer Care at 800-374-6123, option 0, to have your login ID reset. |
1040 |
This message appears when an incorrect password has been entered. | Verify the cap lock key on your key board is not on, if it is please click it off. If you are not sure of your password please try to use the Forgotten Password Retrieval. |
1512 |
This error message may appear when the Internet Explorer Content Advisor is enabled. | Please click on the link in the error message on how to change the settings on your Internet Explorer Content Advisor. |
1514 |
This message occurs when an enrollment form has been completed and there is a second attempt to complete the enrollment form. | Once the enrollment form is completed please wait 1 business day before attempting to access online banking. If it has been more than 1 business day, please contact Customer Care at 800-374-6123, option 0. |
1516 |
This message will appear if online banking has not been exited properly. | Please make sure you are always clicking the "Exit" within online banking to close the session. Close all open browsers and open a new browser window before attempting to access online banking. |
