When will I be asked to answer my challenge questions when I log in?
- Any time you change your challenge questions.
- Any time you change your user id.
- Any time you clear your cookies and have not installed Flash Player.
How can I prevent answering my challenge questions for future logins?

- Add enhanced security to your PC and online banking
Flash Player : Download Macromedia Flash Player (also known as Adobe Flash) by clicking on the provided link below.
Add enhanced security: After you complete the download, log into online banking as normal and click on User Options, Enhanced Login Security, and add protection to this PC. This will insure that you have added protection to this PC and will no longer prompt you to answer the questions when accessing online banking.
