How to change your Challenge Questions.

Sign into Online Banking as normal, Click on User Options, Select Challenge Question Setup:

Select three Validation Questions with corresponding answers. Be sure to include your email address and confirm your email address. Click Continue to complete. Please contact Customer Care for further assistance.
