Fees & Limits

  • No annual fee
  • No fee for transactions made at a Peoples Bank® ATM. $1.00 per withdrawal at other locations, plus any surcharge imposed by the foreign institution.  (fees  waived with Peoples Power Checking and Peoples Student Checking)
  • ATM withdrawal limit of $1000 and a purchase limit of $2000 during a 24 hour period. For temporary limit increases, call 800-374-6123.
  • International Service Assessment (ISA Fee) is an expense related to processing the foreign transaction so that it is properly routed back to the United States. The current calculation of this fee is 0.8% of the total transaction amount.

Security & Fraud Protection

Due to the increased amount of fraud in foreign regions, Peoples Bank has blocked ATM/Debit activity in the following countries:
Romania, Ukraine, Nigeria, Bulgaria, Turkey, Belgium, Latvia, Philippines, Vietnam, Pakistan, Russia, Montenegro, Serbia, Bahrain, Great Britain, Austria, Syria.
